Bunyard's Exhibition Broad Bean is an outstanding variety that has been a gardener's favourite for over 100 years.. Produces large pods, each containing 6-8 white beans with excellent flavour. Suitable for all soil types. Excellent source of vitamin C, folate and fibre.

Broad Bean Growing Tips

• Prior to planting soak the dried seeds in water so encourage quicker germination.
• Sow oudoors from March-June
• Plant in well drained soil in full sun that has been prepared a few weeks in advance by incorporating compost/manure/fertiliser. Do not plant in freshly manured soil.
• Sow approx 5cm deep, in a row 20cm apart, and 30cm between each row
• Provide support for the plants if required
• Harvest - July - September
