It is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. Tullyvin.ie is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details being submitted.
Please note that a product may be listed on our website as 'In-Stock'. This is not a guarantee that it is available as it may have just sold in-store. If your ordered item happens to be sold out, we will endeavour to bring it back into stock as soon as possible. We will notify you via email, to make you aware of any possible delays, or may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value, with your prior consent before dispatch.

Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate, Tullyvin.ie reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online. Claims
When you purchase online, you have the statutory right to return a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery and return cost).
