The fruit is orange/pink ripening to a deep red with hints of blue. The flesh is firm, juicy with good balance of sweet and acid. The harvest is plentiful producing large numbers of fruit. The plums are delicious when eaten fully ripened. The fruit can also be used in cooking and preserving eg jams.
